Gluten-Free Table Service Delights: Discover the Top Picks at Walt Disney World

Navigating dining options with dietary restrictions can be daunting. Gluten-free table service restaurants are hard to come by in the “real world.” Luckily, Disney Parks are renowned for their exceptional accommodations for food allergies. At Walt Disney World, where magic meets meticulous planning, gluten-free dining is not just an option—it’s a promise. As someone who has dealt with celiac disease for years, dining out can often be a stressful experience. Dining anywhere but my kitchen can be a stressful experience!

After extensive research and over a decade of visits to Walt Disney World with celiac disease, I’ve not only found the gluten-free options to be plentiful but also consistently delicious and safe. Drawing on my years of experience and plenty of dining experiences, I’m excited to share my top ten gluten-free table service restaurants at Walt Disney World. So, whether you’re a seasoned visitor or planning your first trip to the happiest place on earth, let’s embark on a culinary adventure through the gluten-free delights of Walt Disney World.

1. Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant – Disney Springs

  • TYPE OF CUISINE: Irish
  • ACCEPTED DINING PLANS: 2024 Disney Dining Plan
  • PRICING: $15-$34.99 per adult
  • MEALS: Lunch and Dinner (Weekend Brunch)
  • RESERVATIONS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

“Discover the life and soul of the Emerald Isle with award-winning cuisine, live Irish music, and dance at this beautiful pub.”

My experiences dining at Raglan Road have been nothing short of extraordinary, and that’s why it sits at the top of my list of Disney World gluten-free table service restaurants.

My favorite feature of Raglan Road is their ability to adapt a ton of their menu to be gluten-free. There is a dedicated fryer in the kitchen, too. This is a common feature at gluten-free table service restaurants in Walt Disney World. And this meant gluten-free onion rings, a rare treat for someone with celiac disease.

Each server I encountered was well-versed in the menu. They offered informed suggestions on the tastiest gluten-free options, checking in regularly throughout my meal to ensure everything was perfect.

I’ll admit, Raglan Road was never on my radar before. I don’t like fish and I had a less-than-desirable experience at Rose & Crown, so I was in no hurry to eat here. But Raglan Road surprised me in the best possible way. As it turns out, I actually love Irish food. Who knew? I cannot wait til my next visit!

MY PERSONAL FAVORITES

  2. Shepherd’s Pie to Try

Get transported to Colonial America, which is completely on brand with Liberty Square. The star of the show is the food. The Patriot’s Platter is a gluten-free diner’s dream come true. Indulge in turkey, pot roast, roasted pork, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, gravy, and even macaroni and cheese. ALL OF IT GLUTEN-FREE! How about a tasty breakfast with fun characters and an incredible view? This is exactly what you get at Topolino’s Terrace. You’ll meet Mickey & Minnie, Donald & Daisy; get a bird’s-eye view of Walt Disney World; and some delicious dining delights.

Why is this on my list of amazing Disney World gluten-free table service restaurants? Despite the cost, Le Cellier is a fantastic option for gluten-free diners. While I haven’t discovered a hack for the coveted Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, the restaurant offers a variety of other options that are sure to satisfy, making this a great gluten-free table service option.

For me, nothing is better than Le Cellier Filet Mignon. I will eat it as often as possible, whether in the restaurant or at Food & Wine! And, as a lover of poutine, I always make sure to start my meal with this Canadian comfort food, especially since it’s gluten-free. To end on a sweet note, the maple creme brulee is a perfect choice.
