NEW Dining & Entertainment Venues Set to WOW
While Royal Caribbean is keeping most refurbishment details under wraps, we know the dining scene will get a major upgrade with several exciting venues borrowed from the new Utopia of the Seas. The Pesky Parrot Bar leads the pack, a tiki bar at sea. This version will feature virtual windows that transport guests to beautiful beach settings, complete with an animated parrot that interacts with guests. This is one of my favorite spaces on Utopia of the Seas, and now Allure’s guests will get to experience this immersive drinking destination.
Another successful import from Utopia of the Seas is the Mason Jar Southern Restaurant and Bar. This specialty restaurant will bring authentic down-home cooking to Allure, including comfort food classics and creative cocktails. Sports enthusiasts can catch their favorite games at another specialty restaurant, Playmakers Sports Bar & Grill, which serves pub fare, craft beers, and specialty cocktails.
Not all additions will cost extra, though! El Loco Fresh joins the lineup for quick and casual Mexican bites, offering fresh tacos, burritos, and other south-of-the-border favorites. When all renovations are complete, Allure of the Seas will feature approximately 35 different dining and drinking venues throughout the ship, ranging from complimentary eateries to specialty restaurants, bars, and lounges.
Pool Deck Gets a Resort-Style Makeover
Taking cues from Utopia of the Seas, Allure’s pool deck is being completely reimagined as a resort-style oasis. The new design will feature an expanded variety of seating options, including private casitas, luxurious in-pool loungers, and comfortable daybeds. Whether you’re seeking sun or shade, the thoughtfully designed space ensures a perfect spot for every preference.
Amplified Thrills & Entertainment
Allure of the Seas will be getting adrenaline-pumping upgrades. The Perfect Storm waterslides are a trio of heart-pumping attractions, including the Cyclone and Typhoon racing slides and the swirling Super Cell Bowl slide. And, for those brave enough, the Ultimate Abyss dry slide promises an unforgettable plunge.
The entertainment options extend beyond slides by introducing two exciting new attractions. Test your wits in the Apollo 18 Lunar Landing Escape Room, or challenge friends to a match in the new glow-in-the-dark laser tag arena. The Solarium area is also getting refreshed with the addition of the Samba Grill, offering a new dining option in the adult-exclusive retreat.
Next-Level Fun: Making the BEST Kids Club at Sea Even BETTER!
It’s hard to imagine improving what’s already considered one of the best kids clubs at sea, but Royal Caribbean is doing exactly that with Allure of the Seas’ youth space makeover. Younger cruisers get major upgrades with the completely revamped Adventure Ocean space. This reimagined children’s area includes dedicated zones: Play Place for general activities, the AO Theater for performances and shows, a workshop space for hands-on art, science, and tech activities, and an arena for physical interactive games. Special areas for babies and younger children ensure the littlest cruisers have their own spaces to explore.
Teens will get their own cool hangout with Social 298, a dedicated teen space featuring video games, music, movies, and plenty of spots to relax with new friends. Meanwhile, families with young children will love the new Splashaway Bay Aqua Park, designed specifically for younger guests to splash and play safely.
Suite Dreams: NEW Panoramic Accommodations Available
The new Ultimate Panoramic Suites deliver spectacularly for guests seeking the ultimate in luxury. Positioned above the ship’s bridge, these premium accommodations offer breathtaking 200-degree ocean views that redefine the meaning of “room with a view.”
